Chronic cough monitoring study using Coughy, Soundable's AI-based cough monitor, was presented at KATRDIC 2023

A chronic cough monitoring study using #Coughy, Soundable's AI-based cough monitor, was presented at the Congress of the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases International Conference 2023 (KATRDIC 2023) by Dr. Jong Sun Park at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital.

The study demonstrated a strong correlation between the cough frequency measured by Coughy and the CS-VAS scores in both the ILD and Asthma groups, illustrating the reliability of the data collected using Coughy. The graphs confirmed the successful achievement of the intended treatment goals for both conditions. (For asthma, the goal was to control exacerbation by reducing cough frequency, while in the case of ILD, the goal was to maintain the current condition.)

This study highlights the potential of measuring cough as a crucial indicator for assessing patient conditions in the treatment of respiratory diseases.
